Valentine’s Day Profile Picture trend emerging on Facebook




Less random than say, doppelgänger week, the current Facebook trend is all about upcoming Valentine’s Day on February 14th. The idea is to set a photo of both yourself and your partner as your profile picture, and tell the world how long you’ve been in a relationship. This is the copy-paste message supporting the Valentine’s Day Facebook trend:

Celebrate Valentine’s Day, change your Profile Picture to you and your spouse/significant other and make sure to tell how long you’ve been together! Copy and paste this to your profile.

Or similarly:

It’s Valentine’s Week! Time to change your profile pic to a “sweethearts” picture. Put up a pic with your significant other and post how long you have been together!
