Wikipedia Facebook Profile Prank

That personal appeal from Jimmy Wales banner has been up on Wikipedia for a while now, but we’re still frightened by it every time we visit the collaboratively built encyclopedia. Now it’s time to surprise the viewers of your Facebook profile and add a “Please read: A personal appeal from Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales” banner to your page. Make it seem like Jimmy Wales is following them everywhere!
Here’s a preview of the Wikipedia Photostream banner (UPDATE: You can now instantly upload this profile banner using our Profile Headers app):
And here are the individual image files (right-click and save as) you need to upload to a Facebook album and then tag yourself (or an unexpecting friend) in:

2.Â
3.Â
4.Â
5.
Remember to tag yourself (or a friend) in the “Read Now” image first and work your way to the left side of the banner with the head of Jimmy Wales, in reverse order.
This is the first in a hopefully a long series of posts with Photostream pranks based on the cool, new profile photo hack. Stay tuned!
UPDATE: Here’s the Mark Zuckerberg version of the banner.
