Dude, where are my rotate buttons?

Um, did we break Facebook? We have received reports from users eager to take part in Upside Down Facebook Day but having trouble locating the rotate buttons underneath photos. Luckily, one of our participants, Jennifer, has found a way to make them reappear:

For some reason, I had to go to my picture, then hit “next” to go to the next picture, then hit “previous” to go back to the original picture and THEN the rotate buttons showed up. Weird fb quirk…

Anyone else experiencing this?
