Running up to the 4th season premiere of True Blood, HBO allows fans to star in a teaser together with Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård), Pam de Beaufort (Kristin Bauer van Straten), Jessica Hamby (Deborah Ann Woll), Lafayette Reynolds (Nelsan Ellis), Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) and a few others. And the best part is that you can choose a bunch of Facebook friends to star in the video with you.

Immortalize YourselfCreated by Definition 6 ─the people behind the opening credits to Entourage─ this promotional campaign is well executed and we are particularly impressed with the speed at which the personalized video is generated. While it lacks in the originality department (check out the few years old Prototype Experience, the MySpace music videos, or the Death Star Superlaser to name a few), it’s certainly popular with the hundreds of thousands of True Blood fangbangers out there.
