The same people who brought us EgoBook, have launched a new product called EgoPoster. An EgoPoster is a photo mosaic based on a profile picture of your choice, the montage being generated completely from a combination of your Facebook photos and the profile pictures of your friends. Some people say you’re defined by your friends, and this product takes that statement quite literally.
Although it’s been around since the early nineties, you might recognize the photo mosaic technique specifically from the film poster of The Truman Show. This application makes it very easy to create your own and have it delivered on a 11.25 x 17.3 inches (28.58 x 43.94 cm) glossy poster for $/€22.45 14.95 Euro/US dollars (discounted price).
