Mark Zuckerberg Action Figure No More

Remember Made In China’s Mark Zuckerberg doll we showed you last week? Well, Facebook didn’t like it. In a cease and desist letter to the Chinese manufacturer, they demanded the immediate discontinuation of the novelty product:

Mark Zuckerberg action figure banned

“Without the authorization of Mr. Mark Zuckerberg and FACEBOOK, you have manufactured and sold on your website the Mark Zuckerberg Action Figures to customers globally, which has used [his] portraiture for commercial purpose and infringed his legitimate right.”

We’re wondering if Mark bought one of the 300 limited edition dolls for himself while it was still available?

While sales and marketing of the doll have been terminated, the little, plastic figurine aka Plastic Zuck lives on on TwitterUPDATE: And there’s also the lawsuit-proof and printable Marc Bergerzuck doll courtesy of Vanity Fair.
