The Fan Check app is suddenly crowding Facebook news feeds across the world so fast, some people are suspecting it’s using malicious techniques to distribute and maybe even steal login information along the way. Mashable has investigated the rumors and here’s their take on the Fan Check application.

Some of you can’t seem to find the option that allows you to upload video directly to Facebook in the today released Facebook 3.0 app. It’s indeed not abundantly clear how to do that, but we can tell you how.

We learned from TechCrunch that the Facebook 3.0 app for the iPhone and iPod Touch was approved by Apple and has been added to iTunes about 15 minutes ago. At the time of writing, the entry in the iTunes Store still mentions version 2.5, but it should be 3.0 if you install it.
