In the next few weeks, Facebook will be rolling out a feature which lets you tag fellow Facebook users, groups, fan pages, events and applications in your status updates and other posts by typing the @-character (Twitter, be afraid). Here’s how Tom Occhino, software engineer at Facebook, explains the feature.

Facebook’s live Michael Jackson memorial stream which coincided the King of Pop’s funeral service turned out the biggest live Facebook event in history. According to the latest but not final stats, 500,000 status updates were posted, 300,000 users logged in using FB Connect and CNN, and approximately 6,000 status updates were posted per minute…

Scroobius Pip & Dan Le Sac is a British electro/hiphop duo that produces tight beats with brilliant lyrics on top.
