Two weeks ago, we posted a simple tool that flips around any words you feed it 180 degrees. For our third Status Saturday, we came up with a few example status updates that refer to the use of flipped text. Think about it, what kind of stuff can do upside down? Add your own ideas in the comments.

A lot of our visitors seem to be into the Twilight novel and/or movie, judging by the number of searches for the “twilight” keyword. So here are the two Twilight tagging pics for Facebook that I could find, featuring Edward Cullen and his “family”, ennemies and other movie characters.

This Tag your Friends grid popped up in my Facebook news feed this morning, and it’s pretty well-made so kudos to someone named Aaron! It features popular video game characters from all sorts of game genres: shoot ’em ups, platform, fighting and puzzle games. It had to happen. Being a child of the 80s I couldn’t resist making an A-Team tag picture for Facebook . Hell, reface.me’s mascot is even one of the television series’ main characters. About 1.5 week ago I created a Facebook fan page for reface.me (in addition to our Group) but never advertised it anywhere. So it was pretty cool to find out today that somehow the page had already attracted 84 fans. Thanks for the support, girls and guys!

By popular demand we’re doing a mega post full of Tag your Friends pictures we came across the past two weeks. And judging by the e-mails I get it’s clear that you want as many of these Facebook pics as you can get. Collect ’em all, Pokemon-style!

The marketing team behind the Zack Snyder movie everybody and their parents are talking about, Watchmen, made a little Facebook application that changes your status message to a few selected quotes from and references to the just released superhero movie based on a 80s comic book.

One of our readers, lauzybel, suggested doing a Facebook tag picture with Super Mario characters. No need to make our own, because Joseph Toschlog already created an 8-bit style poster in which you can tag your friends as Super Mario Bros characters, enemies and even objects.

Running a blog becomes really interesting when your readers start sending in their own stuff, especially if that content is useful to other readers. Zshomler is such a creative reface.me reader who just fired up his image editor and compiled a Star Wars Personalities map for the popular Facebook tagging game that’s currently going on.

Urlesque was so kind to link to a few of our Tag your Facebook friends pictures a few days ago, and they have also tipped us about their own creation called the Urlesque Meme Matcher. Internet memes in an Internet meme? That’s like chocolate chunks inside a chocolate bar: awesome!
