Facebook prepping new post privacy settings

UPDATE: Just like we predicted, the new privacy controls went live as of today! If you don’t see the lock icon yet, just hang in there for a little longer.
We broke the news about the upcoming privacy controls for profile posts well before Mark Zuckerberg told the world, because we were actually already seeing them. And today we found a new pop-up informing users about the new feature, so it looks like testing is almost over and they’re close to revealing the lock icon to the public.
This post is visible to everyone. Whenever you share something, you can choose who can see it. Clicking the lock icon allows you to edit privacy for each post. The one you just created will be available to everyone on the internet. You can change the default setting for all posts you create from the Privacy Settings page.
