Facebook Fail Friday: Nestlé makes Easter sleazy

If there was such an award, not Google but Nestlé would probably win the Facebook Fail of the Year award. If you don’t know why they deserve the prize, we suggest you read up on the subject. Basically, it comes down to the company censoring comments and personally lashing out to Facebook users on the Nestlé Fan Page. If anything, it’s all been a good example of how not to use social media.
And it’s clear that Nestlé still has a long and burdensome road ahead if they want to correct their mistakes. Look at how their tips for an Easter dinner party are greeted with jeers, much worse than NBC’s solicitation for comments. Not that much of Easter forgiveness for Nestlé, this year.
